after raising this issue, the new service manager called me to say that Washington Auto mall will service this for me at their cost. I appreciate that response. then the service manager got changed and they reneged their offer.

View on GoogleTook my car here because it's CPO and in warranty. My engine light came on on the highway. The manager was friendly, but the staff was not. Their tech, Rich, I believe, called me to say they looked at it and found nothing wrong with the fuel injectors or fuel regulator. He said, "It looks like you just ran out of gas" as if I was an idiot and told me it will be $300 and they can test drive it more but it'll cost me. I knew my car had an issue, so when I called the manager about my concern, there was no answer, and I left a voicemail. Rich called back and was angry that I called the manager, and he insisted nothing was wrong with it. After some time, I was able to retrieve my car, and I opened the hood since I had time. I removed my engine shroud and found wet oil all over the spark plugs. They said they checked my injectors and regulator but somehow didn't notice the oil everywhere? I bought a new oil cap and injectors, and the problem has gone away. Lazy and rude techs give even good businesses a bad name.

They went above and beyond to get me approved for the car I wanted, and when I had any issues the team and managers all worked together to help me. They are not your typical, high pressure sales team. They are friendly. And Knowledgeable, and will treat you with respect .
