on my way to an appointment at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, several warning alerts appeared on my dash. Could not miss my appointment so I drove on. spoke to a gentleman in the waiting area and he said it sounded like my transmission and I should get it looked at. I searched the internet and read reviews. I chose Tri State Transmissions. It was close from the hospital so I drove over. Explained what was going on and Gary tested and said he had seen alot of this problem and could be fixed in half a day, either Wednesday or Thursday. he saidcit would be fine for me to drive it home as it would not hurt anything. I called and said I would bring it today, Wednesday the 8th. they would get the part needed and what the cost would be. I dropped the car off th8s morning and after 12 Gary called and said my car was ready. what a relief to have my car back and no more flashing lights on the dash. I am a widow and a cancer patient and I was treated with respect and reasonably cost. Could not ask for a better place to have the work done.

View on GoogleI recently bought a 2015 GMC Yukon and start noticing issues with transmission. Needless to say we took it here tri-state transmission and they said that we had caught it in time that we would need either a new transmission or preferably rebuild the tranny so the free building it. These gentlemen are very polite respectful and I feel honest even when they said that my warranty would be up they said bring it in so that just needs to me that these men would live up to their word of working on the customer's vehicles and making sure their customers are happy and safe. They have worked with me tremendously on this vehicle when I thought I noticed a problem I took it right to them they looked right at it it took them no time at all to fix the transmission to where it was not an inconvenience on me for my everyday living with transportation they made sure that the vehicle was priority and every vehicle that comes in that place is priority to them. Thank you gentlemen and if I'm ever asked out in public or if I hear somebody speaking about their transmissions I highly recommend to go here
View on GoogleHighly recommend this place. They are honest, very good at their job, I can't say enough good about them. We brought our 2005 Ford Explorer in for them to check it. They said it just needed a small amount of fluid, put it in, and it was fine. Saved us alot of money. I am so thankful for their honesty and expertise. (again) Highly recommend this place !!!
View on GoogleI took my car in for my transmission seal to be fixed, they fixed it and it runs good, in that process they cracked my windshield and trying to say they never cracked it. When I dropped my car off my windshield was perfectly fine so while my car was left with them for a week my windshield got crack. They are trying to say that they did not do it even though my car was only left in there hands. I would not take my vehicle back
