from start to finish, my experience was excellent. Excellent communication from Tom the guy that took care of my claim. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed of what was happening with my car. Car was fixed in timely manner. The detailed interior was a nice surprise! My car looks great. Unfortunately for me, this is the second time I’ve had to use them because deer seem to love jumping in front of my car;). they are quick to remediate any issues that you have, if you would have any issues with their work. we’re only had one hiccup which was taken care of immediately with little setback .Trustworthy and competent. I hate to jinx myself to say this, but if I ever need car repairs again, this will be who I deal with.

My vehicle was recently severely damaged caused by a hit & run while I was grocery shopping. I purchased my car from John Sisson so I asked for their recommendation and they suggested Prime. I'm so glad I did take my car here because they did a beautiful job on the body work & repairs. My car looks beautiful & there's no evidence of the accident. It looks brand new😊

Horrible experience! I contacted them 2 weeks ago regarding needing body work due to an accident. I gave them all of my information, including my insurance company and claim number. I was told to have my car towed there and they would “Take care of everything.” My insurance company also contacted them several times, and sent an adjuster there. Today I was told “We don’t deal with your insurance and need to have your car towed somewhere else.” My car had been there for 2 weeks! They never even contacted me to tell me they don’t deal with my insurance company. Yet all information was given before I had my car towed to their facility, AND they had spoken to my insurance company several times! The employee I spoke with today informed me that the owner “did not like the estimate “ and “you need to have your car towed out of here.” What horrible people!

We brought Prime our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that was hit and run down the driver side and front bumper. Prime did an amazing job, you cannot even tell the car was damaged it looks good as new They also cleaned the whole car inside out and kept me informed the entire time it was there. Ruth was my advisor and she is amazing! Couldnt ask for more. Wish I could get the same level of help Ruth gave me in all aspects of life!
