Flynn's Coen Tire Express

Very fortunate to have come across and work with this business. I was broken down on the side of the road, they had tire in stock after calling 9 different places with no luck. We were traveling with a camper and trailer in tow and they were willing g to let us stay overnight so we could get in first thing next morning. Service was quick, professional, seems like the guys were having a good time and enjoying what they were doing. I certainly appreciate them and working with us being on the road from out of town, they even put my spare back in its storage place which is a pain. Oversll, if you need tires and need to trust the place you're getting them from, don't hesitate to come here.

I needed to get some work done on my tires recently and decided to give this shop a try. The service was fairly straightforward, and the staff seemed knowledgeable enough about what my vehicle needed to get back on the road. It wasn't the fastest experience I've had, but they managed to get the job finished correctly without any major issues. It is a decent, functional place if you need some basic automotive maintenance done, even if it didn't really stand out as anything exceptional.

Was very helpful over the phone in the morning, went in after work at 4 pm and got rather bad service from the older man at the counter. I had 2 loose wheels that needed new tires mounted and balanced. The man was reluctant to serve me. He just asked if im here to pick a car up, i said no and began to explain what i needed and he cut me off . I sat around for about an hour and asked again. To find out he had put 3 people in line before me. They ended up getting it done before close but it was a buzzer beater. Good price and thankful they got it done but the old man was flustered and snippy with multiple customers.

I don’t understand this place anymore. It seems like it’s nothing but money hungry, and all they truly care about is just selling tires. I guess that makes sense. You don’t really make money on repairs when you take an hour to patch a hole. But onto the real issue. I have never, in my life had a plug fail on me. EVER! And yet Fynn says that they can’t do plugs and have to do a patch. Went in the other day because I had a screw in my tire. They said they couldn’t patch it because of where it was located. This meant that I would have to buy 4 new tires because of one hole. That’s right 4, because my car is all wheel drive and all the tires have to match. I refused, went down to Advanced, bought a plug kit for $18. Plugged the hole myself and put it back on the car. Plug is doing just fine. Really Flynn. You would force people to buy 4 new tires because you don’t use plugs. What if the tire with the hole was brand new. You would force people to buy 4 new tires to replace 4 new tires? I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, had a plug fail. And I’ve had dozens done of the years. So please explain to me how this isn’t a money grab. And the owner is going to get on here and tell us how plugs fail and we’ve had problems with them and it’s safer just to get new tires blah blah blah. Ok. Do what you want. You don’t have my business anymore.

Bunch of good people at Flynn’s shop in Washington. I went in for a tire repair and they found defects/ road metal in 2 of my tires so they came back with a great price on a set of new tires and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes!! Excellent service fellas and your shop was clean and organized.
