My son took his nisson G5 to this garage and I'll be reporting them to the BBB and filing civil charges against them. They have had his car for a month and have yet to fix it. My son just had to have it towed to another garage to get the work done that they can't seem to perform after paying for all the parts and paying a few thousand for work undone. And when he went to have it towed they had other someone's car parts on my hood, had their dog tied to my bumper. This is how they treat someone else's property that's not there's. They deserve 0 stars and if I were you I would never even let them touch any other vehicle. They are rip off' s and scam artists that need to have their license pulled. For a garage that only takes cash, that's suspicious in the first place. And the other garage specifically said you were trying to kill him. As bolts and things were either loosened or missing. And why is it the other garage can have his car fixed correctly and back to him in less than a week and you couldn't. And that was the deal between you and my son that your services provide he supply the parts. And if there was an issue with wrong parts it could of simply been amended by you purchasing the parts. Which you never tried to have that conversation. Fact is you took his cash payments without getting the work done. And uses someone's property to tie their dog to and he has pictures of that, as well as putting other people's parts on his car. Your garage and your employees have no respect or care for other people's property. And your company and it's employees are hacks and scam people out of their money for not performing work that was paid for.

Not recommended. I paid $1,000 for CV axle and exhaust/catalytic work and my car was kept for nearly two months with poor communication. When returned, it was in worse condition—the CV axle was not properly secured and the exhaust was installed incorrectly, requiring further repair. I’m sharing this professionally so others can make informed decisions. Remaining factual and measured matters when situations with these type of people occur.

Cliffs has worked on several different items for my wife and I. He has always been incredibly easy to work with. I also trust him completely. If it's something he can't fix because of specific equipment or some other reason he will make sure you know what to tell the dealer or whoever. He has always been extremely reasonable with pricing and we are thrilled that we were able to find him.

You run the risk of getting taken for by repairmen, when it’s an appliance, it’s inconvenient, when it’s a vehicle, it’s potentially dangerous. Made appointment for o2 sensor repair-Cliff stated we also needed camshaft sensors and they would take a week. Brought the car in and cliff called less than 2 hours after they got the part. My mother picked it up and within minutes car was making noise, hard to accelerate, check engine light. Called the garage, was told to drive it for a couple of days so the car could get used to new sensors and re cycle. Unable to even start the car hours later. Called garage again he said to bring it in. Got the car to turn and in drive but it stalled out in the street-had to call to have it towed to garage. Cliff called again within a few hours that car was ready. I emphasized many times that if there was more to repair or needed more time, we could do that, safety was most important. Cliff said his cousin took the car on the highway for test drive and he replaced positive battery connector because it was loose and that caused all the problems. Said he told my mother when she picked it up the first time that the car would need it but why would he send a car out with the potential of breaking down when he assured it was safe and why not mention that when we called right after picking it up? Check engine light was off and car made it home-was going to have someone else test drive it as well-car wouldn’t start AGAIN. Positive battery connector NOT replaced but loosely attached with a zip tie. He didn’t charge us for this replacement “out of the goodness of his heart” Someone else running diagnostics on the car said cam shaft sensors do not look replaced either as they are dirty and dusty. Thank goodness car stalled out in an alley and not main road and we were able to push it back enough to not cause accidents If this review prevents anyone from using this establishment in the future, it’s well worth it. Take advantage of people if you can sleep at night with that but please don’t potentially put people at risk in order to make a quick buck. I honestly hope that this garage purposefully did this and is not this incompetent. Please don’t waste your money, time, and especially your safety

Had my car fixed a few weeks ago for my cv axel it was a major pain in the butt and cliff made me whole process so much easier for us! I'd definitely take my car back anyway! Best pricing around and communication was very open!
