3rd year going there! Mark is fantastic, he definitely tells you the truth and doesn’t try to rack you over the coals. His staff does the other work also very well. I am retired and on a limited income and Mark will always work with you. I had my Jeep inspection done and everything was checked😁
View on GoogleVery shady owner. He tried to get my wife to pay for a windshield that one of his mechanics broke performing a service on her vehicle. They admitted to breaking the windshield so the owner said he would replace it no charge, this was on April 2. She went down there on April 27th for a follow up service and as soon as gets there he gets right in her face saying she going to pay for that windshield or he’s going taking her to court. He also has lied about her original appointment date which there is email proof of. Buts that’s a whole different story. Bottom line is he is shady and a liar.
View on GoogleCharged triple on each sensor, installed a second unnecessary “300$” sensor without my consent, and gave no estimate. Car was returned with more codes than it went in with and stalled out before it even left the parking lot. now has codes for “no activity” from both sensors that were replaced. ultimately paid 150$ less than the dealership that would’ve done the job right and got my car back in an unsafe condition to drive. insisted my car was a flood car which it isn’t and cleared codes which all came back after letting the car idle for a minute in attempt to cover bad work, shady business that doesn’t know what they’re doing. 850$ mistake never again, pay the shops that know what they're doing the extra money and get it done right.
View on GoogleHad an appointment set for over a week to get my ignition interlock put on. I got there at my appointment time which was 8am and was greeted by Mark told him who I was why I was there he said ok I’ll call you and let you know when it’s ready I said I’m going to just stick around he said no your not I said yeah I’m going to hang in the area with my daughter and he states he’s not doing the job then. I said I have no way to leave and come back so I have to wait around. He told me he could not get my car in when though I had an appointment and said the earliest would be Tuesday maybe lol I’ve never seen someone be so unprofessional owner or not it’s wrong. So I found someone that told me I could be there in between 9-10am Monday and I can wait on my vehicle and it’s 150$ cheaper. Waste of time!!!!!
View on GoogleDuring state inspection , I also requested checking A/C as I was not getting cool air . A new compressor was needed. Mark worked with me to check my supplemental insurance, which covers everything but A/C. The original quote was $$$$, but Mark looked into alternative options, we agreed, ordered the parts and two days later I brought in the car for the job. Mark took me home as I had no other means of transportation and picked me up when the work was completed later that day. I really appreciate the extra mile Mark went to go make this all possible. A customer for life.
