I work for a trucking company with a large fleet. Breakdowns are an unfortunate part of the business. Having a trusted vendor in an area of operation is vital. We have counted on Wensels several times. They have never let us down. They are fast, fair, honest, and friendly. I absolutely recommend them if you’re in need of service in any of the areas that they cover.

Just call someone else if broke down in the area! 11 miles away, but they claimed it was 30 (NTTS Breakdown and Google both confirm this) so they could charge an extra hour. So, they charged three hours, $450.00, to change a brake chamber! A part that we (have a truck garage as well as trucks) charge $78 for cost us $171 from them. Nice markup! Trucking company is tax exempt, but they refuse to refund the sales tax they charged us two days later, as it was too long ago. Shops like this are too eager to take advantage of your bad day. Gives everyone a bad name.

Wentzel’s have worked on my RV several times and I find them to be very good and fair with their pricing. As a matter of fact, I have requested to change the radiator fluid and I was told I may be spending money unnecessary that it may bev premature to do it work at this time. Since my RV was used when I purchased it I figured it would be a good thing to flush out and change the radiator fluid. However in their opinion, the previous owner probably had changed it recently from what they could see and I should just hold off and not do it, so,they could have just done it without telling me what their opinion was instead, they saved me money.

Let me start off by saying how disappointed I am and would like a manager to contact me about this. I asked for an alignment to be preformed on my truck. Without calling me to ask for permission, they adjusted the steering box to make the alignment "perfect". Which doubled the estimate. Which is unprofessional to not call before hand. What really got me is they charged A FULL HOUR of labor to install a dust cap on the wheel hub. That is highway robbery as this takes less than 1 minute to do. I d love for a manager to explain to me how this is okay
