Needed work for multiple cars over the years (unfortunately). Just had our 8th or 9th repair - deer strike. This accident and all prior accidents since coming to Chester County completed here and, as always - excellent work. Finished early. Text update system is great. Staff is thorough, friendly, personable and talked us through all the steps of the process. Have recommended in the past and would recommend in the future.

View on GoogleI was involved in a car accident and required front side fender services. My first thing was I dropped my car off in February and I didn’t get it back till April. My rim that was replaced was from a junkyard. Now I noticed that my headlight and turn signal is not working on the side they “supposedly fixed” I went back to them and they said it was from a previous accident which is false because my headlight and turn signal was working prior to me dropping it off. If possible I would say choose another location for body work
View on GoogleI had a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Jim Valerio and he was honest and upfront about everything! I was not using insurance so keeping the cost down was a priority. He explained everything and gave me a detailed estimate and answered all of my questions. Once my car was dropped off for the repairs the office staff was also very helpful and gave me frequent updates about the progress of the repairs and when I would be able to get my car back. My car was completed earlier than expected and when I picked it up I could not believe what an amazing job Jim did! My car truly looks as good as the day I bought it. The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. Everything about my experience here from start to finish was stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body or collision repairs!
View on GoogleBrought in my mothers car in for a minor accident, was told two weeks, communication was great. Got a call, car was ready and they delivered the car from west Chester. Once delivered it was a mess, used some junk yard parts while charging insurance for new parts. Car has a damaged bearing from the accident, didn’t bother taking the car for a test drive to hear the obvious noise. Took it back in was promised to be handled at the spring city location, two days later was sent to west Chester and from there went into a black hole of communication. Finally another two weeks later car is ready. Picked it up and still not good workmanship. Done working with these guys, can’t bear the run around. Look at all the terrible gaps, apparently that’s their best work, overspray. Gaps, gaps and more gaps. Please do yourself a favor and take your car and money elsewhere.
