Glens shop is my go to for most service needs for my Bmw. Their service is outstanding, the master Technicians are the best very Polite and professional. The service desk gentlemen are also polite and professional as well.upper management does a great job of follow up also.she’s around sometimes my two times dealing with her were also good experience's. Glen’s is a repair shop you can trust for your car needs foreign or domestic.
View on GoogleI live locally and took my 2020 BMW X2 here for new brakes rather than the dealer in Devon. They did a good job and I am overall happy with the results. The price was about equal to what was quoted by the dealer so I didn't save much. However, I enjoy the convenience of a having a local shop and will definitely be back.
View on GoogleI contacted Glenn’s European Auto Repair during Memorial Day weekend due to an emergency issue with my car. A piece underneath the body was scraping against the ground, and I needed it looked at right away so I could safely make it to my travel destination. When I called, Bobby answered the phone and was very helpful. I explained the issue and the urgency, and he told me to bring the car in so he could take a look. Bobby and his team quickly inspected the vehicle and found that the splash shield was missing a bolt, which caused it to scrape against the ground. They were able to provide a temporary fix right away so I could get back on the road. Bobby also gave me the defective piece so I could show it to the shop that previously performed my last oil change, since it appeared the part had not been reinstalled properly. I really appreciated the clear explanation, quick service, and professionalism. Bobby ordered the replacement part, and a few days later I was able to get the car fully repaired. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Glenn’s European Auto Repair was responsive, honest, and extremely helpful when I needed urgent assistance. I would definitely recommend them.
View on GoogleI had as good of an experience as one can have when their car suddenly becomes undriveable! I called Glenns and they very promptly got my Jetta in, figured out the issue, and got me back on the road all within 3 days. Their inspection report is incredibly detailed and although the main issue was expensive, im confident it would be more at any other shop. My transmission fluid change was 3 times less expensive than at the VW dealership! I will absolutely be taking my car back to Glenns whenever it needs service. You guys rock!

They gave me a thorough detailed diagnosis of my car and made sure to quote me a much better price than any other shop around.
