So great! They are honest and explain things so you can actually understand. They don't over charge like some places and do great work. They have heloed me out a few times and I will definitely return for all my car needs.

They do fantastic work at a fair price and are Volvo certified, so we've always felt they know exactly what they are doing. They accommodate our schedule, are painfully honest and have service loaners available when we need them. Their communication is excellent. Gretchen always keeps us informed when they have our Volvo and if they find additional things that need attention we are never pressured. We used to have an older Audi that had a lot of gremlins :) and they were able diagnose and repair every one of them. We've recommended to family, as well as our own clients, who have always been pleased. Can't say enough good things about these guys!
View on GoogleTook my Volvo here last week to have them checkout an issue I was experiencing with the car. They tried a few times but couldn't get the car to replicate the problem. Although they couldn't locate the issue to fix it, they didn't charge me a dime to look at it. On top of that, their staff is the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with at any business, ever. I'll be taking my car here for now on.
View on GoogleEric and Gretchen have been exceptional to our fleet of Volvos over the past few years (and one BMW that needed some TLC). They have both spent hours on the phone with various members of our family educating us on how to best navigate expensive repairs. These kind folks lead with honesty and sacrifice short term revenue to invest in our long term loyal relationship. My dad's friends think we're crazy to drive two hour round trips to see "a mechanic" and he just responds, "I'm going to visit one of my most trusted friends." These folks are just so highly valued and trusted by our family.
View on GoogleCustomer service during my one experience here wasn't great. Took an S60 R in to get some noises diagnosed (took around two days to not reach a conclusion, Meineke in Royersford found and fixed it for free lol - just a loose heat shield bouncing off the axle) and were very poor at keeping in touch along the way. Called to ask about my car's status a few times and they did not call back once after saying they would after a few minutes. Very likely will not be coming here in the future except for specific Volvo stuff like 4C, angle gear, etc.
