It was my first visit, and I was very impressed by the first-class service from start to finish. The team is professional, friendly, and very efficient. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I really appreciate their honesty regarding my tire repair. Five stars all the way!

We needed our tires replaced before a long road trip and these guys had a nice selection of options on tires in stock. We have a 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD. our tires price all in was going to be $860. While they had the van they upsold alignment which the van did need. They also recommended rear brake replacement. Total was around $1500 for all work. They I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very knowledgeable and professional employee and scheduled for Sunday. Everyone I spoke with were the same. A great experience from initial call to payment.

You only get once chance to make a good first impression. United “nailed” it. It was a simple state inspection, oil/filter change and tire rotation… but they were fast, did a great job, great communication and were $100 less expensive than Kennedy Ford. Thanks to the guys who worked on my truck and the guys at the counter … I have 2 other cars that have now found a new place for service !

This team is always professional, prompt, accommodating. Once again I drive in without appointment for some engine lights that came on day before. Were in holiday season and I have lots of highway driving in next few days with precious cargo... my family and grandkids flying in from out of state for a week of many planned events. Even if I hadn't added this detail, they still would have accommodated working on my car in short time. I've been going here for at least 5 years now for this good reason and yet....even though I work much further away from this location, I keep coming back to trusted business and mechanics.
