Shums Auto Repair Southampton

Like their Philadelphia location, this shop has a very clean facility and extremely professional staff that go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. The level of customer satisfaction and work is identical to their other shop and is as easily recommendable if you're in the Lower Bucks area. After writing a review for their other location, I noticed some people complain about price but to that I will say you get what you pay for. The work I get done at Shums is satisfactory for my 16 year old Civic to drive from Philly to Orlando within 24 hours (going and coming back) without any issue. The work is reasonably priced and you will be taken care of. If there were any issue at all, I cannot imagine being turned away rudely by their staff. The Southampton location seems to be a slightly larger facility that can accommodate more work and has more convenient parking than the Philadelphia location if you dislike driving in the city. That was my case before I switched. Other than that, I highly recommend this location like it's Philadelphia counterpart.

Shums is always fantastic. Kevin is incredibly helpful and always communicates exactly what is going on with your vehicle. I now have 5 vehicles we bring there. They are trustworthy and exceptionally thorough. If you need an honest and highly competent repair shop in the area, you cannot go wrong with Shums.

This is the 3rd year in a row that I’ve gotten my car inspected at Shums & as usual, it was a nice and super easy experience! I discovered Shums several years ago when they first opened their Southampton, PA location after being ripped off by a different mechanic right down the road from them. Ever since then, I’ve not only gotten my yearly inspection done there, but I’ve taken my car(s) there for oil changes and other regular maintenance. I’ve also taken my car there to have them check out different issues I was having. I’ve had the same experience every single time! All I do is text Kevin, tell him what I need, and he sets it up. He is always super responsive, incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. And they ALWAYS have amazing deals and coupons on top of their already reasonable prices. I can only say good things. Def worth checking them out!
