Truly the most honest and trustworthy shop around!! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and they always take great care of my car. Highly recommend if you want mechanics you can actually trust, especially not being that knowledgeable around cars. And great people!

View on GoogleI wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy there old and they have old mechanics they reported a mis diagnosis to my warranty company 3 times they lied about the price of their work they messed up my warranty for my truck the owner lied about calling my warranty and than said they did but than put a older man to work on my truck and clearly didn’t no how to work on my truck because I was telling him this that was goin on with it but I paid them for a diagnostic for my truck first and they had my truck for over a month and kept putting off the work please please if u have a luxury truck or car do not take it there take a hard lesson from me the don’t no how to work on high end luxury vehicles because there to old and they don’t have the talent or the technology equipment to work on them this is my opinion and what i experienced dealing with this mechanic shop they messed up my warranty on on vehicle because they put in several mis diagnosis claims to my warranty company if i could they would get 0 ⭐️

View on GoogleI brought my Prius in for a brake check, assuming a heavy sticker price. They were very honest with me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes or anything else. I went ahead with an inspection and oil change since I was almost due, and they didn't upsell me on a single thing. As a woman expecting to be taken advantage of in these scenarios, I was extremely pleased with their candor and quick work. I'll definitely bring my car back to Troubleshooters!
