South Hills Cochran Hyundai service does a great job. Recently I went in and when the service was finished I was sent a clear video of the service performed. Like I was in the service area seeing what was done. Greg the service manager is very nice, professional and helpful!
View on GoogleLeasing a car from here and it’s having a lot of issues and I haven’t been able to start it for weeks. No one is answering the phone or emails. I went down there on public transit after a few days of no response and they told me they don’t have any loaner cars and that they can get me in in two months. Unacceptable. Thanks for helping me decide to try a different car manufacturer when this lease is up.

View on Google(Out of town reviewer) Nice clean location with ample space to sit and get your work done (with FREE BEVERAGES!!) while you wait for your car. Folks seem really nice. I came in for a problematic brake light issue and after three trips finally got it resolved. I drive long distance a couple times a month so they suggested some extra safety measures that needed to be refreshed. I can only WARN out of town people from bigger cities that no Hyundai servicer near me, including this location, had any appointment slots for service for a month+ (which im learning is Pitt problem) so I had try walking in a couple times to fix the issue. Thanks Carson and Chris!
View on GoogleVery careless with scheduling. Scheduled me to drop off my vehicle when I said I’d be staying with the vehicle and when I arrived they told me that it’d be 3 hours for an inspection. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to be here all day.
