Staff was very nice, understanding, and accommodating. I really like the fact that they were so transparent about the repairs and what is actually wrong with the vehicle. I say this because they provided a text message with pictures and details as to everything that is going on with your vehicle. They even did a complimentary point inspection. They tried to get me back in my car that day, however parts were not on hand. So, I had to wait until the next day which was completely fine. Still a really quick turn around, I had my car back by noon the next day. I will say they were pretty expensive. But the work and service is not lacking and makes up for the expensive price. Very satisfied. I was from out of town and needed my car back quick. Will use this shop again in the future for sure. Thanks All automotive team!

I had an awesome experience with All Automotive in Pittsburgh. What really stood out to me was their communication system because it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen. They send detailed updates with pictures of every issue they find, along with clear explanations and suggested services. Even better, you can review everything and choose to approve or decline each service, so you’re fully in control the entire time of what work is being done on your vehicle. As someone who is from out of state, I wish my hometown garage had a communication system like theirs. It would make things so much easier. All Automotive really was a good choice and I’ll definitely be coming back.

10 out of 10 I originally brought my pick up in for a routine inspection, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to talk to. I dropped the truck off in the morning, and just a few hours later they called to let me know it had passed inspection. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. They identified two issues that could be addressed, but there was absolutely no pressure, fear-based selling, or unnecessary urgency. They didn’t try to convince me the vehicle was unsafe to drive, didn’t push same-day repairs, and didn’t use the typical “we can get the parts tomorrow and have this all done immediately” sales approach. They simply explained the findings clearly, let me know the issues would be documented on the inspection report, and offered to provide an estimate if I wanted one. They also worked around my schedule and even offered an after-hours pickup option, which was incredibly appreciated. I ultimately decided to move forward with the repairs, and I am genuinely so grateful I did. For the past four years, my truck made a harsh, grind, squeaking sound every time I braked — an issue that started after previous work was done at the dealership. Despite multiple return visits to the dealer, the problem was never corrected. This shop fixed it. The sound is finally gone. On top of that, they even threw in a free oil change. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Honest, straightforward, skilled, and genuinely customer focused. Shops like this are a testament to why supporting small businesses matters. They are truly an asset to the neighborhood.

I called in and was able to get a same-morning appointment for an oil leak, which was already a great sign. The team was incredibly responsive, communicative throughout the entire process, and did excellent work on my oil pan gasket. They easily could have charged more for the labor and didn’t. What really stood out was their photo-based inspection system. Being able to see exactly what’s wrong and select the repairs you want makes the whole experience transparent and stress-free, especially when you’re in a rush. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review for anything. 10/10 and I’ll definitely be back.
