I bought a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia from auction and spent over $5,000 on parts from them for the repair. I’ve also been a customer before and bought a car through them last year. When I first called for a diagnosis on a pedestrian sensor issue, I got an appointment within a few days. After they found out the car was from auction through my dealership, the appointment was pushed to about 6 weeks. After waiting, I was told they won’t work on it because of front bumper damage, and to come back after fixing it. I did that, but then had more delays and another wait. In the end I paid $404 for a diagnostic. The issue was a cut wiring harness, which I was already aware of. I had removed the fender liner myself to expose the damage without removing any major parts, and it was clearly visible. It could also be identified with a basic scan. I was told the wiring harness is about $4000 and the full repair comes to around $15,000 total, on a $30k car. On top of that, I bought a bumper from their parts department which later turned out to be cracked in the middle, and they refused the return. During the visit, my marker light was also damaged. All I wanted was a clear answer on how much it would cost me to fix that wiring harness, but instead it turned into a long and frustrating process. Overall, a lot of time lost, extra costs, and no real solution. Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else. The video shows the condition of the vehicle when I brought it in for service, which they refused to work on, stating it was damaged. The attached pictures clearly show the cut wiring harness.

I brought my car in for a valve cover gasket replacement and was disappointed with the service. After getting home and inspecting under the hood, I noticed several plastic pieces were broken (see attached photos), and the overall work appeared unprofessional. Additionally, the valve cover gasket did not seem to be installed correctly, with part of it sticking out of the edge. I expected service from factory trained, experienced mechanics.

I told them that I wanted them to replace the battery. When I went to pick up my car in the afternoon, they said they tested the battery and it was fine... I guess I need to wait until I am jumping my car every morning before they'll replace my battery.

During a long trip to Pittsburgh, PA, my tire pressure dropped, so I visited the local Toyota dealership for a quick nitrogen refill. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service department told me they would not fill my tires and also wanted to charge me around $40 for the service—even though I already paid for lifetime nitrogen fills when I bought the vehicle. As a Toyota customer traveling out of state, I expected consistent service between dealerships. Instead, I felt ignored and overcharged for something that should have been included. Based on my experience, I don’t think this location deserves a positive rating.
View on GoogleBeen going here for car service for the last few years. They are always efficient. They also have a new “Internet cafe” where you can sit and get work done. Plugs at every table and there is a keurig so you can make coffee. It’s definitely a nice addition!
