This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. They scheduled me an appointment, I rearranged my entire day and even left work to make it, only to be told the person was “sick” and couldn’t help me — after they had called me in that very morning. When I came back again on the new date they gave me, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. The employee in charge of estimates (blonde with glasses) is extremely rude and unprofessional toward customers. Instead of providing solutions, he treats people with disrespect and acts like he’s doing you a favor for even speaking with you. Customers come here to pay for a service — not to be insulted, ignored, or lied to. If this is how they treat people before you even spend money, imagine how bad it will be afterward. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total waste of time. Stay away from this place.

I was pleased with the great service I received at Rohrich Mazda. The car was taken in for service promptly & the work was finished in a timely manner. The service representatives were very courteous and professional. I really appreciated the complementary car wash & awesome snacks.

Sales team is very good. Sean Kelly is top-notch to work with. The whole staff really knows the cars and features well. You get a low-pressure experience. The time and care the staff puts into the Sales and service makes you feel valued and understood.
