View on GoogleI’m so happy that we have a Honda service center in the South Hills. We have taken our Hondas here a few times since we moved the South Hills and have been happy with the service each time. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t feel like they’re trying to rip you off in anyway. They just offer their honest opinion and guide you to make your own choices for your vehicle. We were kind of in a bind where we needed our car back within an hour, and they were able to get the service done quickly and get us back on the road. I was very appreciative of them being understanding and helpful in that regard. They must also have a car wash at the service center. One time I went there and they gave me back a freshly clean car too. I really appreciated that. They didn’t do it the most recent time I was there, but they have done it in the past and it is just a little bonus The waiting area is quite spacious and large. Even though there were other customers waiting there, I never felt like it was cramped or we were too close to each other. Their waiting area offers a selection of coffee and teas. They also have some snack snacks. I will say that they could restock the snacks a little bit more frequently. I was there in the afternoon and there were only two bags of pretzels left. I was really hoping for a cookie or two, but I’ll take what I can get. We will definitely be taking our car back here in the future!
View on GoogleI didnt even get my oil changed yet because I was 3k too early. This is my first hybrid so I had no clue you could take it to 8400 at 1st. Theyre automatically getting 5 stars for the way they treated me from the moment I pulled in to when I left. The customer service is exceptional here. I have to say, I'm extremely impressed to walk into a business in 2026 and be treated that well.
View on GoogleGreat service center. More convenient for me than South Hills Honda in McMurray. This place has been great. 2 different visits for two different services in 3 weeks. Both visits were completed in less than 45 minutes. Easy to get appointments scheduled. Friendly people working. Nice big waiting room with TVs, and coffee. Also very pleased with costs. And you can see what costs are on the website. Thanks!!
