I bought a car from Jim And he was absolutely amazing through the whole process. About a week after I purchased my car, I had some minor issues with my airbag light and a tail light. Jim and his team fixed my issues promptly at no cost to me (because I had just bought the car), and went above and beyond (once again) to make sure my kids and I were in a safe and reliable vehicle. Jim and his guys at the shop are wonderful and kind men with great personalities and a great work ethic. They get the job done and they do it right! I am beyond pleased with the service and treatment I have received from Rex auto! Jim is a stand up guy and would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a great car at a great price! THANKS AGAIN JIM!!!

My daughter and I were looking for a vehicle and found quite a few on the Rex website that interested us. We were especially interested in one particular vehicle and we decided to call to make sure they had t sold it. We spoke to.a gentleman who mistakenly told us that it was still on the lot. Jim, the owner of Rex, called us back within five minutes to tell us that it had already been sold and didn’t want us to waste a trip if we had only planned to come view that car. What an honest and transparent guy! Clearly, is not a typical car guy! We continued to look for vehicles in other lots on the way towards Rex, but we ended up there regardless, still impressed by this act of transparency. The incredibly fair prices, well-maintained vehicles, and Jim, who is the owner of the business all made us quickly realize we had come to the right place. We walked away that day with a great deal on a Subaru and a lot of respect for Jim’s knowledge of cars in general, no-pressure salesmanship, and contagious enthusiasm. I whole-heartedly recommend Jim and Rex Auto Sales to anyone who wants a truly painless car shopping experience. I have a new go-to for cars!!!

"I cannot recommend Rex auto sales & service enough! I’ve been looking for an honest, reliable mechanic for a long time and I finally found one. They were completely transparent about what my Lincoln needed no high pressure sales tactics for unnecessary services. They took the time to explain the issue clearly, and the pricing was very fair.
