We had a great experience with Pittsburgh fleet! They got us in quickly, very thorough on any explanations, and kept us updated through out the entire process. The staff was all extremely nice, they replaced my ujoints for my f250 diesel. They had it back to me same day. Only place I would trust with my trucks!!
View on GoogleMy family had used a tire shop in BP since I was a child and I continued with them out of habit. After bad experience that resulted in my black wheels scratched up, I gave this shop try. Communication is superb, easy to schedule an appointment and they are very responsive. As soon as you walk in, shop employees instantly greet. Prices are on paar if not better than other shops. Attention to detail, new inspection tags, no glue residue anywhere. Exceeded expectations, will continue to use.

I have a full size work van and went through 3 other shops and was turned away due to the size of my vehicle and a specific tail pipe test for the emissions test and they were able to do everything with no issues. So it was appreciated greatly to find such a professional and proficient place to take my vehicle for service. They have gained a long time customer for sure.
View on GoogleTook to get engine light off and leaks checked. Gentleman was trying to carry on two conversations when writing down what my problems were. So it sat there for a whole month for what i thought was to repair the obvious problem, the engine light!! But no, they inspected it, they did fix one leak, still has engine light and loss of power. It sat there for one month, possibly more than 1k loss per day just sitting there, but he didnt care! I texted on tuesday the week before i got my ford 650 back( still broke), he returned my text on sunday saying he was on vacation. So this is the treatment i got! Stay away, less stress other places. 3400 dollars later and i have to take my truck to bridgeway to get the engine fixed, i guess pittsburgh fleet management thought replacing the fuel rail and letting it sit there would repair the truck, ill take it to Bridgeway and get it done correctly as they laugh at your work! Imagine being out 20k plus because of this jerk and then he charges you 3400, backs the truck out and sneaks away cause he knows its not fixed. Trash!!
