Mr. Petraglia and his crew did a beautiful job on my wagon and saved me a ton of money by repairing bent sheet metal that others would have replaced. The price was very reasonable and transparent and I will absolutely be returning in the future. As others have noted, payment is by cash or check only.

View on GoogleINCREDIBLE shop: complete price transparency, respected me even though I'm a 20s woman with no car knowledge, very old-school and cash only. My beloved 2005 with only 60k miles got hit-and-ran which took out my side mirror and scratched her side up. Other companies I contacted wouldn't touch the car because of her age. Petraglia gave me advice about whether or not to use my insurance, if it was worth my buck fixing the scratches, and they were able to see my car and order parts day-of-contact. It's now fixed less than a week later. It's definitely an old-school shop where all business is done using paper and pen. They called for parts and gave me a set price for parts and labor during our first meet-up. A few days later they called me in to put the mirror on. Because I didn't know about the cash policy and didn't have a check, they even trusted me enough to drive away and grab cash with no strings. There aren't family businesses like this anymore. I'll be recommending Petraglia to everyone I know from here on. Everyone, especially young women, should go here for car support.
View on GoogleTHEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS*** Wish they would've told me this BEFORE I let them work on my car. I don't trust any business that operates this way, very shady. Way overpriced. Absolutely does not treat women with any respect. I wouldn't let anyone I know use this shop, especially a female. Sent my husband in after I was screamed at over the phone and had the phone slammed in my ear. He was treated way better than I was. Save yourself the trouble and money. There are much better mechanics around. Think this dude just needs to retire.
