Chris is knowledgeable, honest, and has the experience to get the job done right. Won't upsell you anything your car doesn't need, and he won't rip you off for what you do need. It's so nice to drive away from a shop feeling like your business is appreciated!

View on GoogleHaven't gone to Chris in a while since moving to Central Pa. But I can say with 100% certainty, that this auto shop is the best at what they do. I have never ONCE felt slighted or taken advantage of by the Parotta team, and their staff has been more than helpful to me and my family over the years. My Chevy Blazer used to see a lot of time in the shop the older it got, and Chris made sure to take care of me every time. Making sure I wasn't paying for something I didn't need and getting me out the door asap and back to work. I know it's been a while.....but thank you. Thank you for being so good to me an everyone else in my family. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommended.

Chris took care of my wasn't just telling me I needed something when I didn't good customer service is hard to find you'll find it here, by God's will. I liked the sign that said you wouldn't go to a restaurant with your own eggs and bacon ordering then saying I'll cook it so don't bring your own parts Lil they d take care of it, God willing!
