Mike has great customer service skills. I sat and waited for my vehicle to get service. Pleasant greeting took my vehicle in within 5 minutes. But I was able to hear his interactions with other customers, even calmed a customer down. I am a business owners, Notary Now Plus. I was a manager, a supervisor , a Site Ambassador for Merrill Lynch, Bank of America a few others. All framed around customer service.
View on GoogleAble to get me in super quick. Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable and able to keep me within my budget for brakework. Also honest with me about work I’ll be needing soon. I got a caliper replaced and both front pads and rotors, and was out within a few hours. Pam(?) was able to fit me in that week, she had availability as soon as the next day which was amazing since I work overnights and had essentially no brakes. He even saved my earbud when it fell out of my car in the garage and kept it safe for me until he gave me the keys back. Will for sure be coming back soon to get my rears done here 😎 the team is super chill and the techs are great at what they do.
View on GooglePopped a front tire while in Pittsburgh and we’re running late for a concert. Mike did a great job to get us in and fix the tire while providing excellent service to help us and get us on the road as soon as possible to ensure we do not miss the concert.
View on GoogleI called them last minute after I got a nail stuck in my tire and it was leaking air pretty quickly, they were able to fit me in and get me all fixed up. Pam was super friendly and helpful with getting me in and letting me know what needed to be done and Mike was also very nice!
View on GoogleMade an appointment the night before to get a slow leak in my tire fixed first thing in the morning, showed up and Mike had me in & outta there while also handling a million other tasks. Very happy with the customer service as well as the quality of the repair and time it took to do so.
