Took our car to Firestone 3 times for a coolant leak. They failed to properly diagnose the problem two times. After the third diagnose from Firestone, we chose a neighborhood garage in Brookline to at least look at the problem and see what they say. Firestone wanted 1500.00 to fix the issue and we also needed a new battery. After taking it to NOVAS , he got that done for 315.00% and tax. Issue resolved and I will say they are very busy, so they are doing something right.

I had a flat tire with a huge nail puncture and I took it here to see if I could get a patch job sooner than the 24 hours I was told at another place. They took me in immediately, patched and installed my tire, refilled my remaining tires, and had me on my way in under 30 minutes for only $20. I've been dealing with far too many shifty auto workers lately - the employees at Nova were quick, polite, friendly, and so kind and I appreciate it tremendously. I would 100% come back
