Very friendly service zero complaints about any person I had interactions with. My only issue was wait time, even with the manager on duty moving things around to get me out faster I still had to wait for over 2 hours. When you make an appointment and note that you will be waiting you want the schedule to be kept. I feel like this is no fault to the mechanics, but more so the app taking on more than what they can do. If we can change that I would have had a 5 not a 4 stare experience.

My car broke down on me as I was going home friday. Took AAA forever to get to me. I called to let the shop know the car was coming. Got the car to the shop around 6pm and dropped the keys off. They got my car in for a diagnostic and called me with the results at 9am. It was a coil and they removed and moved it to watch if cide moved to be sure. They called me with the results and I opted in for all the coils and spark plugs to be replaced. Around 2 hours later they called me to get the car. This was around 12:30 just after lunch. Now tgat is service to get a car done in less than 24 hours without a appointment is awesome. They took care of my baby and its running better than ever now. Thank you for you professionalism and speedy repairs.

I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by Manager Jennifer Litzinger. I recently encountered an issue with my vehicle, specifically hitting a curb in the Penn Hills parking lot which me being from? Volant, PA. Ms. Litzinger immediately recognized my distress and efficiently managed the situation. She rearranged schedules, ordered the necessary tires, and ensured I was back on the road promptly. Throughout the process, she meticulously explained each step, which was invaluable given my limited knowledge of the tire industry. Her dedication to clear communication and customer support truly warrants a five-star rating.. Thank you.. Plus the tow companies recommend Mr Tire service.

I wasnt pleased at first bc appt was scheduled to get 4 tires put on but had to come back next day bc there was only 1 mechanic which..returned to meet manager Jenn she was apologetic and offered me a drink while I waited and was very nice and pleasant to speak with. Assuring me that they are working on the wait time and etc. She's was very professional and I definitely appreciate her and her kindness. Hopefully they get another mechanic as good as Kevin hes seems to be a very hard worker..I definitely observed that.

Was stuck in pittsburgh and was able to get rare tires last minute on a Sunday in order to get home 4 hours away. They did it in 30 minutes and were very friendly. Only downside is the tires were so expensive. Who can afford 500$
