Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have to say I booked an 830 appointment. Before we where even out of the car and on the way in someone came out. Greeted us, got our info confirmed our appointment inside. Chatted a bit 4 tires in and out in 15 min and everyone in the building was nice and super helpful, I honestly wouldn't have been shocked if he made is breakfast, lmao jk. This is exactly how businesses are supposed to run and employees act. Very respectful and helpful which post COVID era is something u just cannot find anywhere anymore. I will and would recommend to everyone and prices where cheaper than 84.2213% of other business. Therabouts lol. Do not underestimate kindness and a smile today because that made my day and I will come here for my lifetime.

Brought my truck in for a PA state inspection. A few things went wrong: When I dropped the car off in the morning, the counter staff told me to email my registration, which I did, and he confirmed he'd received it and would call when work was needed or them were finished. By 5:30 that evening, with no word, I called and was told they never actually got the email — and that someone had tried calling me, though I had no missed calls or voicemails. I re-sent the email and confirmed receipt, but was told the inspection couldn't happen until the next day. The next day, I didn't hear anything until 11:40am, when I was told the car failed inspection because of the gas cap — except my Ridgeline doesn't have a gas cap (it's capless), which has a standard documented procedure in PA inspections. The staff went to double check, and two hours later called back to say it had actually passed and was ready. On the bill, there's also an $8.24 "shop supply fee" tacked onto a state inspection. I don't see how an inspection — which doesn't involve any parts or shop supplies — generates a supply cost. I also wasn't given a written estimate beforehand showing this fee, or offered one; that's on me for not asking, but it would have been better practice for them to provide it upfront. Between the lost paperwork, the false fail, and the unexplained fee, what should have been a same-day inspection turned into a two-day ordeal. I've been using this shop for a long time, but won't be going back after this.

I enjoy using Mr. Tire as I’ve always gotten good service from them. However, they are often backed up and significantly delayed. I had an 11am wait in house appointment and didn’t get my car until 5:30pm. While I was able to get a ride this time and therefore did not wait in person for that full time, it was not in my plan to do so and rather frustrating. The company needs a better website appointment system so they do not overbook.

I gave Mr.Tire on McKnight road a call to have my car repaired on a Saturday which was so helpful as I work during the week,they got me in ASAP I had a wheel bearing done and they were very knowledgeable with great timing to complete the service! I was so impressed! The man at the desk was very friendly and polite and the mechanics know what they are doing also very kind! I have told several people about the cost and they all agreed that I wasn't ripped off at all, because being a woman I wasn't sure but glad they were professionals and handled everything the way they should have! I will always come back to this place!
