Called for a tow. Guy driving the tow truck said he couldn't get down my street because it was too tight. Called Ray Platts for a tow. The driver at Ray Platts backed right down my street with no problem. I do not recommend Mitchell's towing service.
View on GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered roadside assistance through state farm and was told it would be 75 minutes. After 2 hours there was no tow truck and nobody would answer the phone. They were even ignoring the state farm rep. Again do not use this company they will ignore you as they do not care.

The driver was kind and professional. ***First Review*** (12/2/24) Called through insurance roadside assistance: I gave em ⭐⭐ because they did make it to the location. They just didn't 👁️👁️ my car!!! 😭☹️ First time, I came out of the restaurant and waved the guy and he passed me. Second time, he pulled up across the street, slowed down when he heard my family member honking the horn, and never came back. See, the car is right there.

First they claimed they were coming from McCandless, then 2 hours later claimed they were coming from 376 near the airport. 5 hours later they ignored every phone call from myself & the roadside rep, never showed up.
View on GoogleScheduled a tow through roadside and waited almost 3 hours to find out they canceled and I have to find someone else. No one answers the phone. Voicemail box is full.
