They do a fantastic job in being realistic with car issues and also still offer full service gas pumping. I had my car totaled from a deer last year, and they helped me through every step of the way. They also agreed to not charge lot fees when I had to leave my car with them for 2 weeks while waiting for the insurance to answer. Can't promise that for everyone, but it's still a great example of why to come here!! I went to Northstar Chevy to have them fix a squeak that my dad drove an hour and a half to fix in 15 minutes while they charged $900 to fix issues that weren't related. (They replaced brand new parts and said that was the issue. Never go there!!) I've been coming to Lennix exclusively since and never had any issues or questions. They have something to lose with bad experiences and dealerships don't. They helped me through hitting the deer and never done me wrong. They are worth the stop with car issues! Plus, it's always better to support local anyway.

View on GoogleThis auto shop charge me $951.23 to do the heater core in my 2005 Dodge Neon SXT I'm due to the coolant leaking in the passenger side floorboard not even one hour after I left their shop my car is still leaking coolant in the passenger side floorboard which was because they did not fix it right the first time so I went to a second shop to get a second estimate and at that time the second shot told me in the estimate that it needed a new heater core which goes to show that the other shop Lenox Auto did not fix it the first time so then they damaged my dad just as well as the casing around my stereo in the process of fixing something they never fix
View on GoogleI’ve been going here for 5 years for inspections. Never had any issues with either car. This time, both cars needed $3,000+ for inspections. Decided to go somewhere else and it only cost $465 plus tax including the muffler they were trying to charge me $1500 for.
View on GoogleI took my car in because it had spongy brakes. They were supposed to diagnose the problem and fix it. Ordered multiple parts, tinkered with it for about two weeks and then gave my car back to me the same way it was before. Nothing fixed. Nice people but $1000 down the drain.
