I will never come here for service again. They shattered my rear windshield while repairing minor damage to the front right wheel well and bumper of my vehicle. This happened on the first day they had the vehicle. They never told me. An estimated 2 day repair took 7 business days. I had called twice for updates and was lied to. I only figured out what happened because they didn't even bother to clean up all the glass. I found shards all through my trunk and around the rear seats several days later. I had to go back in person and demand answers that were not easily given before it was admitted that an employee had shattered the windshield during repairs and the shop had replaced it at their own cost. I had to request records of the new windshield so I would have proof. They clearly had no intention of sharing this with me until I requested it. That is how I found out what day it happened. I still was never told how the damage happened, and had to ask several times to make sure that the windshield was all that was damaged. At this point I was offered by the shop to have a professional detailing arranged and that they would also cover a rental if needed. I refused. The clean up should have already been done after they shattered glass all over the inside of my car and before I ever got it back. I also was not inclined to drive a rental for more time after the original 2 day estimate had become 9 days. I also simply don't feel that I could trust this business again with my car. Mistakes happen, I can understand that. How this mistake was handled was incredibly unprofessional.

Coyle did an awesome job fixing my car when someone hit my passenger side. The office staff was very helpful with the whole process. I did have to wait ~2 months for the service to be performed but my car was drive-able so I didn’t mind. Also likely due to how everything with cars is insane right now. Would go back if I needed something else fixed.
View on GoogleI popped in today to inquire about getting some body work done and was IMMEDIATELY taken a back by the negative energy from the woman behind the desk, still covered in glass from Covid. Her response to my request was that they don't do spot repairs on the body. I thought, isn't this a body shop? I asked if they had any suggestions on who might and she said No. That was all she said. I left the building and saw a guy walking right by my car who I thought might work there. Pointing to the damage on my car, I asked if he might know someone nearby that could help. He offered a very helpful suggestion. While still chatting with the guy, I noticed the woman had walked outside beside the building and was snickering with some other employees who were all looking at me. Wth?
