i had work done here a while ago on my 2012 cayenne turbo. intake valve cleaning, oil separator change, and coolant pipe swap as preventative maintenance. they took great care of my car and it was very reasonably priced for everything i had done, everyone i interacted with was super friendly and transparent, great shop to get work done at if you ask me! if i need work in the future i know where ill be going (it won’t let me change my name to post this review, not sure why)

As a woman, it’s not easy finding an auto shop where you feel respected and not taken advantage of. Autoworx in the Strip District changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with kindness and honesty. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and even got my car fixed the same day! If you want a shop that’s professional, trustworthy, and actually cares about their customers, Autoworx is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Came in for state inspection, emissions test, and oil change. My rear brakes failed the inspection and I got those done. Left my car the whole day but they forgot the oil change. Also, a new light came on (ABS/TCS issue) when I left. Brought it back in the next day and Greg showed me how part of the rear wheel sensor chipped off. Greg says he didn't damage it and I'm about 50/50 on how much I believe that since this wasn't an issue before I brought my car in (the whole part did look a bit rusty though). They did comp me on the oil change for having to bring my car back in. Pros: Destany was very communicative and clearly laid out what needed to be done; it was easy to get on the schedule and prices were reasonable Cons: This was a bit of an ordeal! Won't be back but do appreciate that they looked at an issue that may or may not have been their fault!!
