The job was done surprisingly fast, with amazing quality (yes, I looked inside), no shortcuts and 'it'll do'-es, the price was reasonable too. I already recommended the shop to my friends with the inline-6 Lexus engine, another challenging work.

View on GoogleReally honest guys. Jack told me I didn’t need a transmission service yet even though I asked for one. Most mechanics would be happy to take your money for service you don’t need. I have utmost trust in these guys and will absolutely bring my Volkswagen back.
View on GoogleWorst service experience I've had in the Philly area. Dropped off my car for an alignment at 8:30AM. By 4:30 PM (30 minutes before close) I still hadn't heard ANYTHING from the shop so I called them and they informed me that they had taken it upon themselves to remove and torch various steering components WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION WHATSOEVER. I had specifically told them that I needed the car the next day for an appointment too but they said if I came to pick it up they would put the car back together and charge me for the labor anyways. So whatever, I let them finish the job as they claimed it needed which turned out to be a $750 bill for a freaking alignment. By the time I got my car home I noticed that there was a knock from my suspension over bumps and my steering wheel wasn't even on straight (so they hadn't even finished the alignment properly). It turned out that in torching my control arm they had actually RUINED IT and it had to be replaced. So I bought a set and they replaced it for free but that was another $300 I was out on top of the $750 rip off. During this entire fiasco they did not apologize once for screwing me over. They also parked me next door in a space where my car scraped getting in/out, so they probably added to my undercarriage wear and tear which obviously I can't do anything about now. All of this could have been avoided if they had just called me and told me that some of my control arms were messed up and I would have just bought a brand new set then and there instead of paying them a ludicrous labor rate for them to do work that was UNAUTHORIZED. Do not trust this shop. An edit in response to them: I did not end up getting the work for free. When I did my credit card dispute I still left enough $$ to cover 2 hours for aligning the car (frankly generous in my opinion) considering I then had to pay another shop to install the matching new control arm to the one they torched, and yet another re alignment.
