The worst tire shop ive ever seen they scratch my whole wheels and told me that they were was not responsible for that plus they ruin my wheels bolts on purpose and charge more money for that because as they said bolts was bad and they put new ones on it and now i was have to pay for that new ones otherwise they will not bring my wheels back lier non responsible people

This is a hard one because the kid working was very nice and.the only actually working. So when I called and asked if they had a used tire in a certain size I was told yes but when got there told no. They had a new one! So I felt lied to. So we were given one that was a different width. Was told it was ok. So after it was put on we said thank you and left. Made it about a mile down the road when it made this huge noise. The tire blew and we almost lost control. We drove back to the shop on completely deflated tire. He apologized and put a new tire on. So later that day while checking the other three tires we and happen to check that one also. It was at 78 PSI!!! I looked it up and found out that we could have been killed yet again due to such high air pressure. So both tires we're completely dangerous. And there was no other employee around because they were all in the office doing whatever. I think we deserved our money back and an apology. Because not once but twice we left the shop being put in a dangerous position!!! I'm trying to make up my mind if I want to file a complaint with the better Business bureau or whoever. Their repairs could have turned out deadly!! One of my greatest fears are to have a tire blow on highway!!! This company could potentially kill someone due to neglect!!!
