This family owned and operated shop is the place to go to get the job done right the first time and they service all make and models including H2 and Challenger.

My fiance Victoria and I just bought a used 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Not even 2 months later the torque converter went and destroyed a few other main components of the transmission. We were referred to This shop by my uncle that owns his own automotive shop and said that Vince's is the only place he trusts sending his customers transmissions. We took his advice and called Vince's and they said to bring the car in Monday morning. We got the car towed to the shop and I wanna say that Lance from Vince's (the office guy) literally kept us updated the entire time the car was being worked on. He probably called us about every other day just to keep us in the loop. Which I thought was awesome. I have bad anxiety so that definitely helped. We just picked the car up today and it feels brand new. So I just wanna say thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT WORK. THANKS EVERYONE AT VINCE'S THAT BUSTS THEIR you know , for making sure everyone stays on the road!!!!!!! 5 stars all day!!!!

The people here are complete and total SCAM ARTISTS. I brought my Camry in for a transmission rebuild. Vince looked me in the eyes and said the transmission would be rebuilt with all brand new parts. He assured me it was being rebuilt with new parts, they were not putting in a used transmission. My receipt says “rebuild.” It took them almost 2 weeks more than their initial estimate to complete it. The day I got it back, it literally broke down on the side of the road on my way home less than 2 miles from the shop. Thank god I hadn’t gotten on the highway yet. I called Vince’s from the side of the road and they said to bring the car back and they’d fix it. Another 2 weeks later they said it was ready but the guy I picked it up from “didn’t know” what had been wrong with it the first time. I had been without a car for over a month at this point. I called at least 3 times and left messages each time asking Vince to call me back and explain what had been wrong and he never got back to me. After I got the Camry back the second time, a few months later, I could feel the transmission went bad again. I took it to a third party transmission place to see what was going on before taking it back to Vince’s because I had a bad feeling about them already. The shop informed me that it is was clear the transmission put into my car was USED. It had not been rebuilt, but a used transmission was put in instead. Not what I was told or paid for. I spoke to the technician about this and got their assurance I had been scammed. I contacted Vince’s about this and told them what the other shop had said. All they had to say was a sheepish “umm, it says that we rebuilt it with new parts.” Vince’s took it back to “fix” it for me, and when I got it back for the 4th time, it immediately went bad again. I had to sell the car as-is because I needed a reliable car to get to work asap. I took a huge loss on the car plus the several grand I paid for the scam of the transmission job. These people are untrustworthy, lie-to-your-face scammers and weasels that everyone is afraid of when looking for a transmission shop. I have reported them to the better business bureau.
