The car was serviced in this shop. employees recommended amsoil products. the car began to work much quieter on ams oil. plus served a / c system. knowledgeable staff, quality service, reasonable prices. I recommend.

I have used this shop for a long time starting when Felix was the owner. After the new owner Slava bought this business, I found him very professional with great diagnostic skills and reasonable prices. I used to take all my three cars here for everything from oil change and inspections to figuring out the unusual noise from the front of the vehicle and replacing the bearings. I was totally satisfied with the job done and Slava’s attitude. Now Slava bought a second shop in Holmesburg and spends most of his time there leaving this business in the hands of a “manager” by name Igor. Looks like this “manager” makes the whole business look very bad. My wife DROVE a car to the shop in the morning with a symptom of intermittent failing to start even with a new battery. However, the car would start from a jumper. So the car was drivable. My wife left the car in the shop. Igor called later and said that a relay was faulty and had to be replaced. $19. We agreed. Igor called in the afternoon saying that a starter had to be replaced as well. $350. We agreed. Next morning I called the shop and Igor told me that something else was not working, that it was a complicated electrical failure and it required more diagnostic. I requested for Slava to take a look at my car and to diagnose it and to tell me what exactly was not working. Igor told me that Slava was not available. I called the other shop in Holmesburg but the mechanic told me that Slava was not there. We needed the car badly, so I called back and asked Igor to put back my original starter and my original relay, so I could drive to another shop of my choice. Igor told me that it would take much time to put my parts back into the car and that I could just take the car with replaced part at no charge but the car WON’T start at all. Imagine. The car drove in on its own, got two parts replaced which turned out to be the good parts, and now it won’t start! I called Slava to find out if he knew about my car and Slava, unfortunately, backed up his “manager” Igor. I arranged for a tow truck to take my car to another mechanic. This guy confirmed that the car was dead. He found a vandalized fuse box under the hood. He also mentioned that in his opinion a novice was working on the car taking apart what was not supposed to be touched with this repair. After agreeing to replace the fuse box, the mechanic diagnosed the original problem to a faulty ignition switch! Can you believe? With the towing, diagnostics, fuse box replacement and ignition switch replacement the total came out at $958. Ignition switch, Igor! Ignition switch! For $1,000.

I went here based on the reviews and I was not let down! These guys are great! I only had a minor job, they removed a rounded off oil drain plug and did the oil change but they did it fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. Steve is the guy to talk to, he didn’t try to rip me off and was very honest. I highly recommend them for any job.

I never thought I could say that I had a good experience at an auto repair shop, until I came here. I only wish I found this place a long time ago. I brought my car in, based on the other reviews, for an oil change and also because my transmission light turned on. Steve, George, and the team did a great job of pinpointing the transmission issue and fixing it at a very reasonable price. They explained that some wiring needed to be replaced, but they could’ve easily made up something much more major/expensive. Sure enough, that fixed the issue and the transmission light is now off. They even gave me a heads up about my front tires so that I’d have the chance to replace them before I came in for my next state inspection. The quote they gave me for the tires was also very competitive. They started working on my car right when I got there. I used to take my car to Pep Boys and it quite often sat in the parking lot for hours before they even brought it into the bay. I’ll be referring all of my family and friends to them going forward.

Upon arriving the gentleman insisted I must be in the wrong shop because they do not have my vehicle, despite me filling out the required paper work. After about 15 minutes of this insistence and asking if I was at the right shop I requested he reach out to another worker as I was sure I was in the right shop. Once the other worker came in, I wasn't greeted, wasn't relayed any information verbally. There was no dialogue being told beyond the cost. The lack of professional etiquette and customer service was horrible. I don't recommend going to this shop unless you wish to be both overcharged and overlooked as a human customer. A mechanical kiosk will greet you better. I made the decision to go to this shop based on the reviews which are clearly faulted. First and last time.
