The best in town. I've taken my car there twice, and each time everyone there has been super polite, helping, and patient with all questions regarding my vehicle. They're fast too! Shout out to Bishop, who was able to fix my caliper and saved me ordering one from the dealer! You can't go wrong with this shop!
View on GoogleI had a terrible experience at this automotive shop today around 2:50 PM. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of greeting me or offering help, they just pointed me toward the office without saying a word. When I went inside, the front desk lady was on the phone and completely ignored me. I stood there waiting for quite a while while she paid no attention—very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Frustrated, I decided to leave. As I was walking out, a mechanic approached me and asked what I needed. After I explained the situation with my car (just needing the brakes checked), he responded rudely and questioned why I didn’t take it somewhere else. His tone and attitude made it clear they had no interest in helping. Overall, this place has zero customer service and no professionalism. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.
View on GoogleI’m second generation of coming here. I gave four stars because the environment/ aesthetic is unwelcoming and stale. The bathroom had cob webs and one spare extra toilet paper. The waiting area chairs has been the same for years. Why does that matter, because it’s giving after thought. The prices have always been good. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always had the receptionist. I went in because my windshield wiper fluid isn’t dispensing when commanded and I was referred to the Jeep Dealership for further evaluation. I did however get two tires and my front brakes replaced. So far so good.
