Went in for engine misfire, they replaced spark plugs and said the car was running good. But after I drove off I realized the problem was still there, albeit a little better. Went in a second time and they replaced a fuel injector (no charge) and told me if the problem still persists there’s likely a deeper problem with the engine, and would need specialized work that they cannot provide. That’s fine, it’s an older car and I get it. However when I looked under the hood I noticed this hose disconnected, looks like a tech forgot about it. Overall I felt like they tried their best and were honest, but finding this just left me feeling like they didn’t do a very thorough job at all. Disappointing

Pete and the guys at Superior are skilled, honest, and do good, fast work. Been coming here for years! Recently, my wife brought our car in for its inspection and we got it back with a repaired rear bumper that had gotten a dent in it. When she asked Pete about it, he just said, "yeah, we just pulled it out." Wouldn't take a nickel. Highly recommended.
