There is no better company than Simple-tire when you need tires! The name speaks for its self.."SIMPLE" . The best customer service i have ever dealt with. Friendly, caring and very appreciative. Oh and they ship for FREE!! Who does that. Great Company. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work.

Inshort, you don't understand when you're buying online: you're out there alone talking to affirm in India, Simple Tire in Thailand, an Fedex in Mexico: it's at that point you say, I made a bad decision. The product was supposed to be at my house on Monday (note if they had said Friday, that would be different). I can't leave $700 dollars worth of tires by my front. I had to stay home unclear of delivery. Aramys walked me through answered my texts and emails. I was in a panic. I didn't trust anyone. A lot to be said for having a call center in the United States. Tire date codes were the same on both tires, date was 0626 which tells me they have not been sitting in a warehouse for very long. Will definitely use Simple tire in the future for all my tire needs.

View on Googlewas a little perturbed to see a $19.95 3 year warranty added to the price. I did not see this addition as a personal selection and there was no way to remove it. This item is being shipped by me to alaska and i am certain there is no value in a warranty plan that forces me to ship it back... I would have liked the option to NOT have a forced warranty placed on my order.
