Shums is probably the only place I’ll take my car to, unless it’s something my fiance can fix for me or it’s an emergency and Shums is closed, I’m not taking my car anywhere else. Chris is great, always helps me out, and gives me his professional advice! Everyone there is super nice and helpful! Great place and great people! Any car related fix is gonna be pricey, id rather have a mechanic who knows what he’s doing and pay a little bit more, then to pay less and have someone do a horrible job!

Shums Auto Repair was such a great experience. The shop was clean, professional, and incredibly affordable. The $20 State Inspection was such a steal if you’re able to drop your car off for a couple of hours. As a woman, going to auto repair shops can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. The staff was professional, transparent, and never made me feel pressured or tried to up-charge me. I also loved that they send videos of your car so you can actually see what’s going on, and their online payment portal made everything super convenient. Honest, efficient, and trustworthy service — found my new go-to shop!

Brought my x3 for install of brand new rims. They hooked it up with new continentals for a good price installed. Felt comfortable with them handling expensive new rims! TPMS and alignment. Will come for more service down the line. Most importantly they do road force balancing which is the best!

This auto repair isn’t just any auto repair place. These people are not only professional. They are top-tier when it comes down to auto repair. They get the job done and they get it done right. They fix my Honda Odyssey and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much to everyone who works there. Chris, who works in the front desk is a very kind person.
