Red & Son’s Auto Repair is the kind of shop you hope to find but rarely do. Honest, reliable, and they really know what they’re doing. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just throwing parts at it, and the repair was done quickly and at a fair price. No upselling, no runaround—just solid work and great service. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend them if you want a mechanic you can actually trust.

I found Red & Sons when I searched for a certified Land Rover and foreign car mechanic in Philly and they DELIVERED exceptional service! I also gained intel from the front desk associate about why this is a common problem with Range Rovers- info that the dealership will never share. I am so grateful for this service that was done in a day and saved me hundreds of dollars!

View on GoogleHonest and quality service! I was a bit paranoid about my brakes recently cause I had started hearing a very quiet sound over the past week. So I took my car in, and later that day they called me to tell me they couldn’t hear any sound that they’d be concerned about (but to come back if it got louder). They checked the brake pads and whatnot anyways and found nothing wrong. Then when I went to pick up my car I was told they weren’t charging me anything. I’ve also taken my car there for simple things like inspections / oil changes over the past few years and have never had a bad experience.

They did a good job but the labor rate was a bit high (that near downtown location can't be cheap for a indepenedent shop though) Edit: Boy was I wrong - They used a ziptie to secure the alternator on my mother's car, which my brother in law discovered when he was going to replace the belt because it was having issues after they supposedly fixed it (they didn't replace the top bolt and the zip tie they used loosened up)
