Had a screw in my tire, resulting in a flat. Q came out to my work and helped me out. Nice guy, professional, and quick. Reasonable price for mobile service, consistent/slightly cheaper than the rest of Philadelphia. Would definitely call him again!
View on GoogleIt's a sad thing. When you got black owned businesses that try to pander to black people and they're profit driven and not purpose driven. These Brothers look me in my face and close their store. Well. I had a legitimate emergency needing a tire they could have fixed real quick and they closed on me forcing me to have to go somewhere else and it's a shame when you try to spend money with your own people and they don't appreciate your business. Think twice before you go to companies that operate like this
View on GoogleCame for a quick alignment check after my steering wheel wasn’t centered. They showed me the before readings and explained what needed adjustment. After fixing it, the wheel sits straight again while driving. The technician also gave a simple tip about tire rotation intervals.

Today the exact problem was identified and resolved and though the wait was longer than before, the price more than made up. The location is also very convenient so any problem I have they'll definitely be my first choice.

Quentin was prompt, easy to communicate with and available on a Saturday. I saw that one of my tires was leaking air after picking up a screw on the notorious Philly roads. It was a slow leak and I was able to get Q to come out the day after I noticed the problem. He offers MOBILE TIRE REPAIR and was able to remove patch and replace my expensive, low-profile tire in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me on a set of 4 new tires at about $1000 less than the dealership did. His shop does balancing but his truck is also a full service tire repair shop. If you are in need of new tires, please give him a call. He's a great guy and exactly the kind of small business that makes North Philly what it is. Keep up the great work, Q!
