Philly Auto Repair

My vehicle was involved in an accident on May 28, 2025 and was towed to Philly Auto Body, owned and operated by Ebrahim, on June 5, 2025 for body repairs. Although the vehicle was later determined to be totaled, I was provided with an estimate of $4,200, which I paid in full.Throughout the following months, I repeatedly requested updates and photos regarding the repairs. The photos I was provided were later discovered to be of an entirely different vehicle, not my own, even though I was led to believe they showed progress on my car. My actual vehicle remained in the same crashed condition the entire time it was in his possession.On October 28, 2025, Ebrahim informed me that my vehicle would be ready in “two weeks.” Even send me fraudulent photos Those two weeks turned into months. On January 14, 2026, I was instructed to come pick up my car. I drove over an hour under the belief that the repairs were completed. Upon arrival, I discovered that my vehicle was still crashed, untouched, and totaled. At no point during this process did Ebrahim inform me that the vehicle could not be repaired. Instead, I was continuously misled with false timelines and deceptive information. No repairs were performed, and no parts were purchased. When I demanded a refund of my $4,200, I was told he only had $30 available. This caused significant financial hardship and emotional distress. Because of the deceptive nature of this situation, I contacted the Philadelphia Police Department to file a report. I placed the call at 12:10 PM, and an officer did not arrive until approximately 2:10 PM, during which time I remained at the location awaiting assistance. I have now filed a police report and will be pursuing this matter in court to recover my money, my vehicle, and damages related to fraud, misrepresentation, and pain and suffering. I strongly warn others not to do business with Philly Auto Body or Ebrahim. Providing photos of another customer’s vehicle while holding mine for nearly a year without performing any repairs is dishonest and unacceptable then he took my wallet out my armrest of my car and misplaced it with all my credentials and personal information

Found these guys online. Someone dented my rather new SUV and was looking to have the dent popped out. For a very reasonable price, they popped the dent out and even patched a small hole in my bumper from a previous incident of someone backing into me.
