Great attention to detail as well - they packed the stock suspension nice and neatly into the original box. Definitely my go-to shop for any work I need done on my car!

I've been going to P&P for years now, and they've truly never let me down. To sum it up in the best way possible, the entire staff is always welcoming, honest, and apart from also just being friendly and open people, they will take their time to explain to you exactly what is going on, and let you know quotes and time frames before they do any work. There isn't any other shop that I'd be going to, as long as they are open and I have a vehicle that needs service!

P&P Auto Shop saved my weekend travel plans by fixing my car in one-day, and they did so with transparency, honesty, swiftness and courteousness that spared me from a huge headache and a potentially very long AAA ride. I had unfortunately damaged something on the under carriage of my car (early 2000s Corolla) by going over one of those raised bumps on I-95 N by the Philly airport, and that led to some loud clanging, rattling metal noise, AND a noisier acceleration post-drive. I needed to have the car fixed asap because I had to be back on the road the next day. P&P shop was referred to me by another local shop and they were kind enough to accept my walk-in request, after carefully gauging the feasibility of the short deadline, the business/availability of the shop, as well as the details on the potential work needed to be done on the car (we suspected it was the exhaust pipes or similar). This thoroughness was already a good indicator of the shop's work quality. I felt very assured that they were not trying to hook me in or lie to me and were being very transparent and realistic with the time constraint and the potential job needed to be done, which was a huge relief. I was able to drop the car off around 11:30am, and it was evident that the shop was already busy, but they were able to accept my car and told me that they would give me a call with details once they're able to assess the problem/damage. And that they did within the next hour. I was told that part of the exhaust pipes were busted, broken in the middle, and that they could either weld it back together or replaced it with a completely new one; up to me to decide. I was quoted $250 for the former and $500 for the latter, and the car would be done by the end of the day regardless of whichever option I chose. I requested time to consult with my family members and did not feel rushed by the shop despite the looming end of the day. Once I decided to go with the replacement option, the shop worked on it and had the car ready for pick up by 4:40pm that same day. I cannot tell you the relief, gratitude, and sense of security I had in knowing that they followed through as promised, especially on such short notice and a short timeline. All of the staff are lovely as well - they might come off as curt when they're busy, but they are all very kind and will not take advantage of you. I can attest to that. The mechanic who worked on my car even took the time to take me aside and explained to me, without being asked, of the work he did; what I can expect from my car's performance forward, showed me the car part that he replaced (it was the exhaust resonator), and where he welded the new one. I was very grateful and appreciative of his time and patience. By then it was clear why they were referred by another local shop: P&P clearly does quality work and carry themselves with integrity that makes them reputable even among their peers. I'm very glad I was referred to P&P Auto Services and would gladly forward the referral to any future customers who value quality customer service, clear communication, and fair pricing for work needed on their car.
