Honest shop with quality mechanics. I came in with and coolant leak and assumed/insisted I needed a new water pump and probably coolant pipes. Turned out I was incorrect. The actual issue was a much easier repair and saved me 4-6 hours of labor and easily +$400 in parts. I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto repairs.
View on GoogleStopped in for an inspection without an appointment and had a great experience. The front desk lady was very nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The service was completed quickly — everything was done within about 45 minutes. Smooth, easy process and very professional overall. Definitely recommend!
View on GoogleHad an oil change and inspection. This was my first time with them and I asked about who would do the oil change and if they were an experienced person. I ask because I’ve had previous issues with unqualified tech’s causing issues. I was assured that they were all qualified. I ended up with a significant amount of oil spillage and splatter in the engine compartment. See the pics. I called them and they said to bring the car by. The guy was quickly abrasive and said he was the one that did the change and that he didn’t do it. I have always kept the clean from spilled oil and just 3 days ago I changed the cabin air filter and it was free of spilled oil. The pics show how it is freshly spilled and splattered. Also the remaining oil in the container was very oily and where it was placed on the floor board on the passenger side there is a spillage that I can smell in the car. Had to put the container into a garbage bag. This would have all been no problem but the guy who said he’d been there for 25 years told me in a very aggressive tone that I was the problem and not to come back. Of course I won’t be back.
View on GoogleHonest and trustworthy. Car was leaking oil and brought it to them to have it fixed. They told me the crack in the cylinder head is still covered under the manufacturer warranty and to take it to Mazda. They were right and saved me thousands. It is nice to have peice of mind knowing that I can bring my car to them and feel looked after.
View on GoogleNorris Square Auto is a great spot! They are always very accommodating, helpful, and honest. As a woman, they are respectful and I never feel like they are over charging, etc. and that is so appreciated.
