I can’t say enough good things about this experience. He spent two full days working on my dad’s car and was completely honest from start to finish. He didn’t rush or guess—he took his time to make sure he fully understood the problem before explaining anything, which I really respected. What stood out the most was how he actually showed us the parts that were wrong and walked us through the process step by step. He kept us informed the entire time, communicated clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on. He was extremely kind, patient, and professional. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. He even stayed until the sun went down just to make sure the car was running properly. I’m sure the job took longer than he expected, but he never cut corners. And when that car finally started up and ran smoothly… it was honestly a beautiful moment. He truly went above and beyond. The service was incredibly convenient, the pricing was very reasonable, and he is absolutely the kind of mechanic who earns every tip. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Hit or miss - sometimes professional other times not. Asked him to do my alternator after that my car start making a new noise. It’s been 2 weeks he hasn’t come to fix the problem after a 175 tip and a deposit for any more work. It’s hard to find a good mechanic or good people at all in this city. I don’t recommend unless in a jam

View on GoogleMike was great. I had a loud metal on metal sound coming from my wheel. Mike came out and discovered it wasn't a huge repair. He only needed to grease the brake pads and caliper guide pins. Saved me a lot of worry.
View on GoogleFrustrating experience, while the initial setup and service went ok for an emergency master brake cylinder repair, After the repairs were completed, I was asked to drive the car around the block where I immediately noticed an unusual sound from the brakes that was not there before. I showed Mike who also confirmed the noise but did not know what could be causing it. I then took it to another repair shop that diagnosed that it was not safe to drive long term due to the replacement part itself being defective out of the box and proved it by switching it out for another one which immediately fixed the problem. This was when the issues started as I was looking to warranty both the part and the service for the initial labor under the parts supplier. As it was purchased under Mike’s account, he would have to be the one to set up the warranty with the supplier but twice a date was set for him to come pick up the part and twice I was ghosted with no communication. I had offered to make it easier for Mike both to go directly to the supplier without him to discuss warranty terms as well as meeting him directly at the supplier without him having to come to me first, both were refused. At this point, he has not returned my calls or further communicated and I no longer have any patience to constantly have to keep trying to reach out to him to get this sorted out despite offering to do the work for him.
