Honest guys. Transparent with pricing. My car is a disaster but they manage not to laugh when I take it in. Whenever I get work done, the bill always seems reasonable and they don't push to do work that isn't necessary. Definitely my go-to car people. The last time I had a car issue I went to pep-boys, and never again. Not only were they no cheaper but they did not fix the problem.

I was pleased when mid city showed proper respect for my ancient vehicle and explained that they would order my tires and my car would be good to go by afternoon. I picked it up about 1pm with 4 new tires, mounted, balanced and installed. The improvement was fantastic and the entire experience relatively painless.
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience at Mid-City Tire. The guy working in the office was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me every time I came in. I felt singled out and treated differently in a way that came across as racist and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when simply trying to do business. Respect and basic customer service clearly need improvement here. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes complaints like this seriously
View on GoogleI spent hours waiting at Costco and Pep Boys trying to get my tire replaced this week with no luck. Called Midcity and they ordered a replacement immediately and had me in and out within an hour the next day. All the guys were nice, it didn’t feel scammy and Luna was kind enough to hang out with me and get scratches while I waited. 10/10. :)
