Let me start by saying I almost never give reviews. It's rare I feel the need to spend my time sharing an experience that was so above & beyond and made me feel that good. So this is personal to me. I was just in Philly for a couple days, down from NY, and my car's serpintine belt, belt tensioner & coolant hoses broke while in South Philly. My car (Jaguar, which I don't recommend) was in a critical state with engine overheating that could cause catastrophic engine damage if I kept driving it. Since I was over 100 miles away from home, my insurance would not cover the tow back to NY so I really had no choice but have it towed to the closest Jaguar dealership or get it fixed at a local repair shop. We all know dealership services are notorious for grossly overcharging their customers, especially a "luxury" car. I was in a bad & vulnerable position. I googled all the local auto shops and read all the reviews and needed to make a decision because I needed to get back north. I read some good reviews on Juniper that appeared to be well thought out, so I had my car towed there. I told the owner Tony at the end of my service that THIS SHOP RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY. These guys are amazing. They walked me through every step of the process, showed me the damaged parts & areas before doing any service. The communication was very clear from the moment I arrived through the car being completed. They adhered to the timeline they communicated and the price was exactly where it should have been. They did their best to complete my service asap. Because they needed to order the parts and rather than wait for them to be delivered, they went and got them from NJ so they could get me back home. THAT is service. No surprises, no BSing, no me worrying that I was going to get hammered with an obscene bill that I would have had no choice but to pay because I really was stuck. I am in Philly often and my car needs a couple of very minor repairs that I will have THEM do next time I am in town because I don't have anyone here locally that I am that comfortable with. So forget some of these nonsensical negative reviews that other people provided and lets me summarize with this... An out of towner, from NY no less, was a in a vulnerable spot that could have gotten raked over the coals with no position to battle over price or services, and I walked away with one of the best auto repair experiences of my 55 year old life. Thought I had a nail in a tire that needed a plug. They said they could fix it quick for me. It ended up being a leaking valve stem which they replaced in like 10 minutes. I really appreciated them also torquing the lug bolts with a torque wrench.
