I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Honest and transparent throughout the entire process, once the transmission was actually delivery only took about 2 days for these guys to install. God forbid I ever need another transmission but if I do I know where I’m going.

Hands down, the most honest and courteous mechanics I've seen! Literally saved me hundreds of dollars when others wanted to charge me much more!! View on GoogleHaving car trouble is so stressful, especially when it turns out to be something wrong with your transmission. I had no idea where to go, but Joe’s was recommended to me by another shop. As a woman, I’m always anxious about getting ripped off, but from the beginning I felt so comfortable with these guys. Gave them my car Monday and had it back by Wednesday. Was updated by them from the moment my car was dropped off by the tow, to when they think they’d have it looked at to an update on what they think could be the issue. Luckily for me, it was an inexpensive and easy fix and these guys did not go searching for any other issues to charge me for. If my transmission has issues in the future, I’ll be going back here and trusting what they tell me is the truth.

They ordered the part, installed it, took care of all the warranty paperwork, AND negotiated a better price - picked it up the next day - Rides better than when I bought it... Highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs
