Tire went flat at my job of all places. Got a hold of them and they saved the day. Fast, flexible and affordable service, very informative, and extremely helpful. Will keep this company in my contacts for me and to pass it along to others. With everything that's happening in the world, people need peace of mind and financial flexibility when it comes to theirs cars. And this place does just that. Thanks!!!!!
View on GoogleStarted out great but went downhill fast. Called them for roadside assistance, a guy picked up and told me to text them. I admit they were pretty efficient with the instructions, that is, until they decided to ask me to send them a picture of my ID. I told them that I wasn't comfortable sending my sensitive personal information to which he replied the driver will take a picture of my ID upon arrival anyhow, citing credit card fraud. That was fine with me, but apparently it was a bluff. I also offered to pay the rest in cash if they prefer. He responded curtly that he's refunding the deposit (paid over text) and referring me to other companies. I was shocked and tried calling them again to reiterate that I was flexible with payment methods but they stopped picking up. I asked if it would be ok to have a quick chat to explain and he says that they don't speak to customers over the phone. Sure, legit establishments, such as your local bank, copy your ID, but they are certified to handle this level of private information and follow stringent regulations. I can confidently presume this place is no where close to that level of compliance. Wasted over half an hour on this immature, unprofessional crap.
View on GoogleI had a tire blow out on 76 westbound I called Goldmans tire service they were able to come out and repair my tire in a timely manner. They did a fast and good job. The price was very reasonable for being stuck in the snow. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone
View on GoogleI was out of town for a couple of months and my car wouldn’t start. Called Goldmen who had helped me out once a couple of years ago. A tech was out within a couple of hours and swapped the battery within 20 minutes including going to buy the new battery. Professional and fast, couldn’t be happier.
View on GoogleOne of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a tire repair shop. I was stuck on the highway with two flats. When they arrived to the scene we found out I had a cracked rim as well. Not only did the source a new rim for me but they went to pick it up and came back to change everything all at once. Very professional, helpful and responsive. 11/10 hands down will be having them in speed dial for future services.
