Murphy’s Law. I was getting ready for a summer cross country trip with my 13 year old dog and my air conditioner breaks. This is the third shop I took it to — the other two shops charged me up with Freon and told me to drive around to let the dye run through the system. Despite telling them that I knew the problem was diagnostic AND I didn’t have the luxury of time. I feel so lucky that I found E&E. They kept the car for a week in efforts to problem solve, rather than just charge me and send me away. I felt they were honest, communicative, and successfully fixed my AC!

I felt like a customer and not a $$ sign. I was referred to them from another mechanic and so grateful for their honesty and professionalism and excellent turn around time . They even called to explain the diagnostic to me in detail and didn’t become frustrated when I asked to explain again . Thank you it’s a reason they have been in business 40 plus years . My 2004 chevy impala needed ac work. I made an appointment, after speaking with Joe, he informed me that they would inspect my problem and quote me a price. Joe was knowledgeable and friendly. He examined the entire system; explained what I needed, the price was within reason. I agreed for the ac work; plus a radiator flushed and a oil change. Very pleased with everything. Other shop state I needed so much more. E & E only replaced what I needed. Joe, I did wait before I made this review to see how everything held up. I really appreciate not being take advantage of. You said you'd only fix what needed fixing. Man of your word. Your be my mechanic from now on. Clean shop honest men. , that's a dying breed. Thanks Jeff.

Extremely Professional and Nice Guys!! Read up on line as to what it could cost to have my air conditioning fixed, anywhere from $500. To 1500. Read the reviews and saw a lot of positive feedback so I thought I’d give them a try. Not only did they fix my air conditioner, they explained what was wrong with it, fixed it step by step so it only cost me $622. I was very happy with that since I was prepared for much worse. I will be bringing my vehicles to them now, they definitely won me over.
