I have been going to Steve for over 12 years; he is not your normal mechanic. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable, and affordable mechanic these days, but Steve and his team truly exceeded my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of work is outstanding. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire experience stress-free. Not many mechanics operate with this level of integrity and customer service anymore. The automotive work is very good, excellent communication by the owner. His mother used to work the intake and was wonderful to deal with. However now, there is a rude, dismissive woman sitting there who can barely make eye contact, has an oppositional manner and I intend to take my car elsewhere. Customer service matters in a city where there is an ocean of businesses that do what you do. Hire better.
